What we DO NOT want to see:
Porn.
Spam.
Advertising (unless authorised in advance with Admin - drew and dude).
Info about your illnesses.
This list will be added to as and when we see fit.
Avatars.
Avatars are good, just be sensible. Keep them 100x100 pixels... animated if you have to but keep the file sizes fairly reasonable.
Signatures.
Signature pics are allowed, DO NOT animate your signature or it will be deleted.
