Weld it.
No question.
It'll screech and hop like a twat while maneuvering, but you'll be glad of it when you're on track.
And I'm informed that it makes little difference day to day... the S12 seems a bit understeery at very slow speeds, but hey ho.
Weld it man.

That thing is awesome! Love the "sponsor decals"! And it appears to have a body kit, so that coul be worth a few pennies if it survives.

Yeah them bumpers are factory turbo spec, theyve been brush painted so i think theyre fit for the bin! it woz the work hak indeed!!! the boss had a tear in his eye handing me the keys! LOL I think i'll get rid of the decalls, I have a habit of getting into trouble on the road, an thats a bit of a bad advertisment when a c reg 760 fly's past you broad sideways ;D It now has 12months mot And its sat on the lift in work with the diff plate of readdy to weld 1st thing in the morn. oh yeah ive sent for a few bargain goodies (I couldn't resist!) 1x boost controler and gauge(£28) 1x huuuuge universal air filter (£16) I think the volvos run at 7.5psi max I'm planing on running it just below the safety cut out of 14 psi Oh and a pic of my diff before the mig gives it a going over, And if my welds any good i may post an after weld pic
